  • Intensives

    A day to focus on one style, meet other dancers and create a community in that style.

    The intensives work on building and maintaining technique as well as learning choreography.

  • Micro and Mini Conventions

    2 to 3 mystery classes for a single age group and level.

    If your dancer isn’t familiar with every style, that’s the point!

  • Macro Conventions

    4 mystery classes plus a performance lineup of routines submitted by your studio.

    This is a great way to practice your competitive or recital routines!

Dance conventions are expensive, the rooms are packed and overstimulating. Full Out Dance Laboratory wants to offer you something different:

An easier, cheaper, and more fun experience for your dancers.

We believe in teaching technique and history not just choreography.

Our faculty members have real life studio experience with all ages and levels. They are amazing teachers and mentors.

We encourage experimentation, problem solving, messing up, shaking it off, and building confidence in your artistry.

Perfection doesn’t exist.

At least, not without creating a mess first
